Delete your Plateato account

You can permanently delete your Plateato account and its data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

1. Open Plateato and sign in
2. Go to Home → Settings
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2: By email (no app needed)

If you no longer have the app installed, email kallan.rand@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject "Plateato account deletion request". Your account will be deleted within 30 days, and you'll receive a confirmation reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile and preferences
• Households where you are the only member, including their pantry and shopping data

Pantry and shopping data in households you shared with other people stays with that household, with your authorship removed. No other data is retained after deletion. See the privacy policy for full details.
